How is YDS scored? How many points is one question? Do wrong answers cost points?

Short answer
Only correct answers count in YDS; wrong answers carry no penalty. The number of correct answers is converted to a 100-point scale, so with all 80 questions valid each is worth 1.25 points. ÖSYM also reports a level from A (90–100) to E (50–59).
YDS levels
If a question is cancelled, ÖSYM re-weights the valid ones. It makes sense to answer every question rather than leave blanks.
