Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do on Prepina, so the service stays safe and useful for everyone.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. Scope
This policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to everything you do on Prepina: answers, recordings, essays, messages, team invitations and any other input.
2. Prohibited content
Do not submit content that:
- is illegal, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- harasses, threatens, or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
- contains another person’s personal data without their permission;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- contains malware or links meant to deceive.
3. Recordings and other people
Speaking recordings must be your own voice. Do not record other people without their consent, and do not upload audio of someone else to have it assessed as yours.
4. Academic honesty
Prepina is for preparation. Do not use it to cheat in a real exam, to reproduce or share live exam questions you are not allowed to share, or to pass off AI feedback as your own independent work where that is not allowed.
5. Protecting the service
Do not:
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- overload the service, get around rate limits or AI quotas, or use bots and scrapers;
- create several accounts to obtain extra free usage;
- try to make AI features produce harmful content or reveal their instructions.
6. Teams
Team managers may invite only people who expect the invitation, and must not use team features to monitor members beyond the activity counts the product shows.
7. Community
Follow the community rules when you post in discussions. In addition, do not:
- insult, swear at, harass, bully or discriminate against anyone;
- share anyone's phone number, e-mail, address or other contact details, including your own;
- post advertising, spam or repeated links;
- share real exam questions, answer keys or ways to cheat;
- post in someone else’s name or use other accounts to reach a person who blocked you.
8. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, depending on how serious and repeated the breach is. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.
9. Reporting
To report a breach or a security issue, write to hello@prepina.com with as much detail as you can. We review every report and do not reveal who made it.
