Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller / service provider: ELLISEKIZ LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (EIN 38-4402067). E-mail: hello@prepina.com.

Buyer: the person who buys a paid plan, with the name and e-mail address registered on their account.

2. Status

Prepina is currently offered free of charge and no sale takes place. This agreement applies only if paid plans are introduced and you buy one; its key terms will then be shown again, with the price, before you confirm the purchase.

3. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale of a digital subscription to the Prepina Pro plan, with the features, price, taxes and billing period shown on the order screen, and the rights and obligations of the parties under the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. Price and payment

The price includes the taxes stated on the order screen. Payment is taken by card through our payment processor; we do not see or store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price then in effect until cancelled. Price changes are notified in advance and apply from the next period.

5. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically. Pro features are activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed; no physical delivery takes place.

6. Preliminary information

Before the order, the buyer is shown the seller’s identity and contact details, the main features of the service, the total price including taxes, the payment and renewal terms, and information about the right of withdrawal. By confirming the order the buyer confirms having read this information.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services supplied instantly in electronic form once performance has begun with the consumer’s approval. At checkout you are asked to agree that the service starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once it does.

Notwithstanding this, we voluntarily offer the refund described in the Delivery & Refunds Policy.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

9. Obligations of the seller

The seller provides the service as described, keeps it reasonably available, protects personal data in line with the Privacy Policy, and answers requests sent to the contact address.

10. Obligations of the buyer

The buyer gives accurate information, uses the service in line with the Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy, and does not share the account.

11. Disputes

For consumers in Türkiye, complaints may be brought before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of the buyer’s or the seller’s place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Consumers elsewhere keep the remedies their local law gives them.

12. Entry into force

This agreement enters into force when the buyer confirms the order electronically. A copy is sent to the buyer’s e-mail address and remains available on this page.
