What is e-YDS and how is it different from the paper YDS?

Short answer
e-YDS is the computer-based version of YDS, held at ÖSYM’s e-exam centres, and gives the same rights as YDS. It runs almost every month, only in Adana, Ankara, İstanbul and İzmir, with limited places and a 2026 fee of TRY 2,150.
